Q: What is special about FSSL and its Equip Classes?

Each Equip Classcovers a particular theme which may be explored and activated in depthcan be taken on its own as they do not depend on each othercan be arranged flexibly throughout the year (individual dates and times)consists of 4-6 online sessions or of 1 -2 days in-person anywhere in Europecan be combined to build a larger training and activation program.

Supernatural Kids Ministry

Building and leading a children’s ministry that allows children to experience the gifts of the Holy Spirit and operate in the supernatural.

If you wish to build a kid’s ministry or if you’re involved in children’s ministry and want the kids in your care to experience and grow in the supernatural, but aren’t sure how to lead them there, this Equip Class is for you.

You will learn how

to lead children into God’s presence,
they can encounter Him,
to help them receive and operate in the gifts of the Spirit in a way that’s healthy and age appropriate.

We believe that there is no junior Holy Spirit: It is the same Holy Spirit that works in both adults and children alike. Children can have encounters with God as easily as adults – and sometimes even more easily.

If you are longing to set up a kids ministry that goes after God’s heart and the Spirit’s move, or desire to develop your existing ministry further, this Equip Class will provide you with all you need to know to take your children to the next level.

In this Equip Class we will define the vision for your kids ministry, address team structures, roles and evaluate the team’s skills, discover how God sees the children entrusted to you, equip, train, and activate the team, unpack practical steps and challenges along the way.

Annika Lindner

FSSL Class Leader

Some of Annika’s greatest passions are worship and children’s ministry. Coming from a traditional background, Annika didn’t know “contemporary worship” existed until age 14, and two years later found herself leading a worship ministry, a calling that has since led her to start a music school at her church and serve on keys at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM). From early on she has also been deeply involved in children’s ministry, leading kids to the Lord, teaching discipleship basics, and training volunteer teams for children’s camps, Sunday services, and kids’ worship teams. During her third year at BSSM, she co-led a Sunday kids service and helped carry forward the vision of “Heaven on Earth” in kids church.

Is it possible to attend Equip Classes online?

Yes, the online format ideally suits small group or home group settings, which take place during the week at your choice of time. Each session

is approximately 90 minutes
usually comprises 60 minutes of teaching, testimonies, modelling and Q&A and
includes 30 minutes of exercises, activation and empowerment.

Individuals are of course always very welcome to our Equip Classes as well. Please be in touch and we will assemble a group of believers with the same interests and put on a class.

What is the format of the in-person Equip Classes?

The in-person Equip Class is perfect for any group preferring to meet in person. It is suitable for any church, home group or small group, missionary organization, or any other setting, where there is time and a place for meeting in person for 1-2 days.

In-person Equip Classes can take place anywhere in Germany, Europe and beyond. We will gladly join you wherever you are.

In-person events will consist of the following phases. The times proposed may vary.

1 hour of worship
3 hours of teaching, testimonies and Q&A
2 hours of modelling, exercises and activation
1 hour of empowerment, impartation and ministry
celebration
plus breaks for lunch, coffee, possibly dinner
